Important! Please read these terms of use (“Terms“) carefully. These Terms cover your use of DO Coloring (docoloring.com). They work together with our Privacy Policy. If you use the site, you agree to all.

2. What these Terms do
By using the site, you accept these Terms and any policy shown at download or checkout. If a court finds one clause unlawful, the rest still applies. The English version controls if translations differ, unless local law says otherwise.
3. Definitions
Platform: our website and related pages at docoloring.com.
Files: our coloring pages, previews, images, text, and downloadable PDFs.
Personal use: use at home by one person, or by one teacher/therapist/caregiver printing for a class or session, with our credit left visible.
Commercial use: any resale, redistribution, paid access, app/marketplace upload, stock-site upload, ad-backed reposting, or AI training.
4. Using our content (license)
- You may download and print public Files for personal use.
- Educators/therapists/caregivers may print a reasonable number for in-person class or session use if our credit/watermark stays visible.
- You may share a link to our page and a small preview image that links back to the page.
- You may not sell, repost, bundle, mirror, or upload Files to marketplaces, apps, stock sites, or datasets.
- You may not remove watermarks or credits, or scrape/bulk-download our site.
- Any commercial use requires our written permission.
5. Accounts and community features
- Keep activity lawful and respectful. No spam, infringement, harassing content, or malware.
- You are responsible for actions under your account.
- We may moderate, remove content, or limit access to protect users and the Platform.
6. Downloads, pricing, and payment
- Most Files are free. If we offer paid packs or extras, we show price and any taxes before checkout.
- Payments are handled by third-party processors. Your bank may charge currency or card fees.
- If a download is labeled “non-refundable,” that label governs.
7. Page-specific policies
- By downloading or purchasing, you accept any rules shown on that page (for example, classroom print limits).
- If a link fails, email us and we’ll re-issue access or provide a like-for-like replacement where possible.
8. Privacy and cookies
Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
9. Intellectual property and takedowns
- We and our licensors own the Files, text, artwork, and site design. No rights are granted beyond Section 4.
- To report an alleged infringement, email [email protected] with: the URL, a description of the work, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. We review and act where appropriate.
10. Service changes and availability
- We may update, remove, or reorganize content for quality, legal, or security reasons.
- The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Maintenance and outages can occur.
- We don’t control or endorse third-party sites we link to.
11. If something goes wrong
- Email us with the page URL, a short summary, and screenshots if helpful.
- We log issues and prioritize urgent cases (security, payment access).
12. Measures against misuse
- We may block scraping and bulk downloads.
- We may limit or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, our Guidelines, or the law.
13. Disclaimers and limits of liability
- Where the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement).
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost income or data).
- If liability is found, our total liability is capped at the greater of USD 10 or what you paid us in the prior 6 months.
- These limits do not apply where the law forbids limitation (for example, fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
14. Governing law and disputes (no fixed forum)
- Mandatory consumer protection laws where you live apply.
- You may bring claims in the courts of your place of residence.
- We will bring any claim only in those same courts.
- If a local rule requires a different forum or law for consumers, that rule controls.
15. Changes to these Terms
The date at the top shows the current version. We may update for legal, security, or product reasons. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the update.
